Responsibilities / Tasks
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Focused Area: Separator, Decanters, Homogenizer and V&P products
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, Escalating to Field service Engineer when on-site intervention is required
- Guide clients through troubleshooting, installation and commissioning steps and provide clear instructions
- Determine when products, components, or systems require upgrades or replacements
- Document and track client issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Charge fees for services rendered and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and solutions.
- Cooperate with country and regional organizational strategies, standardization guidelines, and service protocols
- Promote company’s product and services
- Support Service Sales for Technical clarification & Spare Parts recommendation
- Determine when products, components, or systems require upgrades or replacements
- Contributing positively to Business's achievement, incl his individual targets and Country targets
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related field
- Experience of min. 3 working years, incl background of Service Engineer, with excellent related skills for commissioning, troubleshooting & Service Maintenance, caring with care of exact details and with high responsibility.
- Prior experience in handling and operating of Separators or fast rotating equipment
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, SAP/Axapta systems
- Good working level of English - speaking and writing
- Emphatic with strong customer focus
- Good communicattion skills, especially via phone and chat
- Service oriented, patient, and a team player
- Safety conscious and of good moral character
- Technically inclined with good problem-solving skills and commercial affinity
- Ready to travel and work off-hours
