【Main Task】
• Install the tool of ZEISS SMT products at customer sites in TW and WW
• Co-work with customer to finish pre-installation tasks
• Co-work with HQ for issue escalation and resolve it within the installation cycle time
• Co-work with local service team to finish additional customer requests during install period
【Education】
• Master or Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
【Experience】
• Installation or field service experience in SEMI industry.
• Quality hands-on capabilities.
• Fluent English – TOEIC 550 as minimal requirement
• Willing to travel abroad at least 2~3 times per year and a duration up to 2-3 months
• Good internal/external communication and interpersonal skills
【Other skills】
• Data analysis, report/presentation skill.
• Creative – Out-of-the-box thinker.
