Qualification & Experience:
Education: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Access Control and CCTV Systems.
Certification: Must be Genetec Certified (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site service support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Access Control and CCTV systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime as per SLA commitments.
Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues in Genetec, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Coordinate with OEM support and internal technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
Maintain proper service documentation, including checklists, maintenance reports, and system health reports.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during service and maintenance activities.
Support system upgrades, firmware updates, and configuration changes as required.
Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and ensure timely communication of service updates.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Genetec Security Center software and IP-based CCTV systems.
Sound understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, switches, and servers).
Ability to interpret system schematics, wiring diagrams, and device configuration details.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to various customer sites as per service requirements.
