Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards.
- Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants.
- Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues.
- Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred
- Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
