MotorWorld CDJR is looking to hire a Service Dispatcher to our Service team! Former (retired) technicians are encouraged to apply. This role will be 100% responsible for show flow management, including express.

Summary:
The Service Dispatcher will communicate with the appropriate departments to schedule and follow up on vehicle repair/maintenance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This person will schedule and notify technician of assignments and enter necessary data into computer database.
Essential Duties:
- Schedule and dispatch Technicians to appropriate vehicle maintenance/repairs
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from Technicians, Service Advisors or Parts Associates
- Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment
- Receive or prepare work orders
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of dispatching experience
- Must have data entry and basic computer skills
- Knowledge/Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
- Must have high level of customer service skills and ability to prioritize
