This role serves as a primary escalation point for complex support issues, provides hands-on technical assistance, and partners with IT teams to improve the reliability, security, and user experience of endpoint and collaboration technologies.

The analyst supports a hybrid workforce using cloud-first identity, SaaS applications, managed endpoints, and mobile devices while maintaining a strong customer service mindset and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve most incidents and service requests independently, exercising sound judgment on escalation timing and ownership.
  • Support Windows endpoints (primarily Dell), printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools in office, remote, and hybrid environments.
  • Provision, configure, and troubleshoot endpoints using modern device management platforms (e.g., MDM, endpoint security tooling).
  • Support identity and access management tasks including user accounts, group membership, device registration, and access changes.
  • Support employee role changes by adjusting access, devices, and security controls in accordance with IT and security policies.
  • Partner with HR, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure timely and compliant workforce transitions.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (under the IT Networking team’s guidance) for end-user connectivity issues, including initial diagnostics on switches, routers, and FortiGate firewall environments (e.g., port status, VLAN assignment validation, and connectivity checks), escalating to Network or Infrastructure teams as appropriate.
  • Travel to other LATAM countries when needed.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments (Windows).
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts (users, groups, devices, permissions).
  • Familiarity with modern endpoint management and security practices.
  • Understanding of wired and wireless networking fundamentals.
  • Strong documentation skills for technical procedures and user guidance.
  • Comfortable supporting Microsoft 365 and common SaaS applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
  • Relevant technical certifications or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.
