Service Design Development Architect Intern
This internship role is structured around improving the overall Service Design processes and capabilities. The successful candidate will review existing Service Design Tools and Processes and identify areas of improvement. The Architect will define the scope of improvements, develop the solution and create a deployment plan. Improvements will span all areas of the Service Design processes, with an emphasis on deploying AI and Automation to drive greater efficiency, accuracy and standardization.
The right Service Design Development Architect Intern candidate will have:
Understanding of foundational Design and Development processes and methodologies, preferably in a Services context
Understanding of Service Design tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Lucid, Confluence and the Google Suite
Knowledge of Python, JSON, Java or other coding frameworks is preferable
Knowledge of automation and AI configuration is beneficial, ideally across Google Suite, Workspace, NotebookLM, AppScript, or any other similar areas
All Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree program in a related field of study
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
