Job Description Summary

Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing logistics process, service parts ordering, and delivery process, service tools management and logistics operation excellence across Iran business and Turkiye indirect channel partners. Responsibility to manage service delivery process and transportation related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers for Iran and channel partners. Driving service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence across Iran business and channel partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee customs clearance and regulatory processes specific to Iran business, ensuring compliance with all applicable international sanctions and trade laws.
  • Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
  • Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
  • Follow up custom clearness and regulatory process of Iran business.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
  • Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
  • Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
  • May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics operations and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of international logistics processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to work within complex regulatory environments, specifically related to Iran sanctions.
  • Familiarity with OFAC, EU, and local regulations impacting Iran trade.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal. (Knowledge of Arabic or Persian is desirable.)
