A vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager for Digital Workplace - Shared Workplace (d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager in Spain to take ownership of our Rooms Solutions and Conferencing portfolio. As the face of Shared Workplace for our Spanish sites (Getafe, Seville, and beyond), you will ensure that every meeting room and conferencing tool works perfectly, every time. You aren't just managing hardware; you are enabling the conversations that build the future of aerospace.


What does this mean for you?


Based in Getafe, you will be the guardian of the shared workplace experience across the Spanish perimeter. You will ensure that our collaborative technologies are reliable, innovative, and aligned with our global digital strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • The end-to-end delivery of Rooms and Conferencing services, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met across Spanish sites.
  • Our external service providers performance and follow up at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
  • Supporting Product Managers in the evolution of conferencing hardware and software, managing everything from initial deployment to obsolescence.
  • Continuous improvement: Use Root Cause Analysis and data-driven insights to spot patterns, resolve recurring issues, and proactively improve the quality of our collaborative spaces.
  • Acting as the key interface for Spanish business domains, translating their needs into technical requirements while managing expectations and service costs.

You will be part of an international team located on the main Airbus Defence and Space locations in France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom and this vacant position is specifically targeting the Spanish perimeter. This role involves some business travel.


Your main activities:

  • Definition of Service Level Agreements and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the Product Manager
  • Negotiation of contractual Service Level Agreements with the various business domains, customers, external service providers, in alignment with the Head of Product Team/PSL and Contract Management
  • Implementation and management of service provision and contribution to the overall product strategy via feedback from both: customers and delivery teams.
  • Management (drive, monitor and report) of the insourced and outsourced delivery teams in regards to the fulfilment of aligned Service Level Agreements (in conjunction with Contract Management) and cost optimization.
  • Defines the required corrective actions to be led to meet the objectives and drives the associated operational teams.
  • Managing mitigations in case of non-fulfilment in agreement with the Product Manager.
  • Managing the maintenance cost allocation together with the Head of Product Team/PSL
  • Driving complaints, escalations and crisis situations professionally with all stakeholders

Your profile:

We are looking for a professional who combines technical knowledge with a "service-first" heart.

  • You have a natural sense of responsibility and a high quality-awareness. You enjoy helping people and solving their problems.
  • You can explain technical topics in simple terms. You are fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable talking to both technicians and senior executives.
  • You have a degree in IT and experience in Service Management. You know how to hold 3rd party suppliers accountable to their promises.
  • You enjoy working in a diverse, international environment and are ready to travel occasionally to our various Spanish sites to see the "boots on the ground" reality of our services.
  • You will need to be a creative thinker able to propose and support new ways to increase the overall service quality.
