Job Description

Objective:
Enabling the smooth delivery of the Company’s service to our customers by the effective delivery of sales processing and its continuous improvement.

Location: Cincinnati, OH Office

Pay: $20-$22/HR

Shift: Monday- Friday : 8AM-5PM (1hr lunch break)

Qualification:
Experience in key areas of sales support and/or sales processing

Key Duties:

Sales Processing:
Load sales quotes into TIMS and monitor age to ensure quotes are closed or converted within 7 days
Convert quotes and process sales orders within TIMS ensuring all required information is provided
Email quotes and order confirmations to customer
Daily monitoring of open sales orders, obtaining information from purchasing or workshop functions to provide update to customers as required
Raise and monitor system changes to streamline sales processing
Provide support to other Service Delivery Coordinators and Sales Support reps to cover for vacation and as/when additional support is required
Support the DRS LOB by monitoring email requests, building manual sales orders for shipments not processed via the EDI, and providing updates to relevant stakeholders

Sales Support:
Administer the new customer set up process
Capturing customer feedback
Receive incoming customer enquiries, providing customer support and responding to customer concerns
Liaise with other areas of the business to produce effective resolutions for any customer issues
Provide weekly updates of any ongoing customer issues (CHRs), escalating where necessary
Produce reports on product or customer specific sales activity as required
Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports
