The Service Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating service field operations for large direct customers and key strategic accounts. This position ensures service requests are handled efficiently, technicians are dispatched promptly for urgent break‑fix issues, and service delivery meets customer and business expectations.
This is a fast‑paced coordination role requiring strong organisation, communication, and customer focus.

• University degree with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience
