What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:
· You are fluent in Dutch and French and have sufficient command of English.
· Experience in a customer-focused service coordination role or in a dynamic engineering or technical service environment is a strong advantage.
· You are creative in finding scheduling solutions that contribute to resolving customer issues efficiently.
· You are collegial, flexible, and a good team player.
· You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients. You have confidence to build positive relationships and influence others.
· You must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence. Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
· You must have confidence in managing and coordinating multiple calendars
· Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles is desired.
· Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills. Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
