We’re looking for an Service Centre Manager in Karratha to manage the local administration and operations service department’s which include fleet, stock, monthly budgets, project planning, technical training, human resources, and QHS&E in accordance with all the company’s policies, procedures and best practices.

What you'll do:
To thrive in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience:
Experience in leading and mentoring teams from a Rental warehouse capacity.
Trade or engineering qualification preferably either as an, electrician, diesel mechanic or refrigeration mechanic (Desired).
Strong communication skills with natural influencing skills.
The natural ability to lead, develop and maintain relationships with all departments.
Strong customer focus facing & negotiating experience.
The proven ability to work under pressure and make deadlines.
Advanced PC Literacy.
Proven leadership planning, problem solving and coordination skills.
5/6 Sigma or Continuous Improvement training preferable, but not essential.
