About Service Assumption

The Service Assumption Team are responsible for ensuring that After Sales Lifecycle Support teams are informed and ready to support all our customers who have placed an order for new or replacement ATMs.  This is a relatively new Team, which was formed in Feb 24 with initial focus on North America and has now expanded globally.  If successful you will be responsible for projects across one of our global regions and provide support in other regions/countries, when required.  Service Assumption consists of a defined set of activities where we provide data to Field Services and Logistics Teams to support Resource; Training and Parts Planning, which we then track through to completion for each project.  Each country will have their own team and their own way of managing this currently and our remit is to centralise and rollout one process globally.

Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst, the successful individual will be instrumental in working with our business partners, Service Delivery teams, Sales, Solution Architects, Service Parts organization and Business Operations Centre to ensure service readiness for our Customers.

This individual will be responsible for managing multiple Service Assumption projects through to completion, supported with the creation of analytics dashboards and reporting, while identifying and implementing process improvements within the Service Assumption environment, all aimed at delivering exceptional business value to Customers and NCR Atleos.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Project Planning, Analytics, Dashboards, Cross functional engagement, Process adherence and team work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level. Higher qualification an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to manage business critical programs to aid in ensuring success
  • Interface with multiple business functions and organizations from across the globe
  • Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet required timelines
  • Experience in project and/or business operations analytics is highly preferred

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Proficient in the use of Excel and other MS Office tools with the ability to adapt to other reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including executive level
