We're looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to be the heart of our Service customer support team at Bolton Ford. Now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, it’s your chance to work for a Fortune 500 company and grow with us 

 

As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling customer appointments for service and calling customers to confirm their service and appointment reminders.     

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:   

  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments efficiently to optimize dealership operations
  • Greet clients professionally and assist with their scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the service team to coordinate customer visits
  • Follow up with clients to confirm upcoming appointments and gather feedback
  • Manage customer inquiries related to appointments via phone and email
  • Follow up with customers after service visits
  • Schedule appointments from call lists within the dealership customer database
  • Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.  

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in appointment scheduling or customer service within the automotive industry or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CDK dealership management software is an asset
  • Professional appearance 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Positive attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Experience (Preferred):

  • Car dealership: 1 year
  • Customer service: 2 years
  • Service appointment coordination: 1 year
  • CDK: 1 year
     

Licence/Certification:

  • Ontario G Driving Licence with clean abstract (required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour + bonus pay
Expected Hours: 40–43 per week
Work Location: In person
