Responsibilities / Tasks
- Support sales and service teams by preparing quotations, costing, price lists
- Coordinate sales and after-sales activities, including spare part orders, field service orders, and ensuring accurate and timely order execution in alignment with after-sales requirements.
- Perform customer follow-up via email and phone calls to ensure order status clarity, delivery tracking, and resolution of service or sales-related inquiries.
- Serve as a Key User for CRM, supporting system improvements and troubleshooting
- Maintain and update customer and installed base databases using CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, and tracking of service activities.
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, logistics) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of orders, service activities, and customer requirements.
- Assist in handling customer complaints, claims, and technical assistance requests by coordinating with relevant internal functions for corrective actions.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, service coordination, customer service, or similar roles in industrial equipment or machinery industries.
- Experience with SAP and CRM platforms is Mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, internal teams, and regional stakeholders (email, phone, written).
- Proficient in reading technical information such as basic diagrams, equipment specifications, service orders, or P&ID (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond to customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Experience with installed-base management, spare parts ordering, or after-sales service processes is an added advantage.
- Background in machinery, food processing equipment, or technical service coordination is beneficial.
