We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, communicates confidently with customers, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience from write-up through delivery.

Greet service customers promptly and professionally, identifying vehicle concerns and maintenance needs
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair
Prepare detailed repair orders (ROs) documenting concerns, services, and recommendations
Develop accurate estimates including parts, labor, and applicable warranty or service contract coverage
Clearly communicate inspection results and recommended services
Obtain approvals and manage repairs from intake through completion
Provide proactive updates on repair status, timing, and costs
Administer Mopar and manufacturer warranty processes
Promote maintenance services and service specials appropriately
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in dealership systems
Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
High-volume domestic or CDJR experience strongly valued
Mopar / Stellantis warranty knowledge preferred
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building ability
Solid mechanical understanding of automotive systems and repairs
Ability to manage multiple ROs in a fast-paced service drive
Professional, customer-first mindset
Team-oriented and highly organized
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Busy, established CDJR service department with strong customer base
