What You’ll Do

• Deliver attentive and professional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, service needs, and recommendations.
• Partner with technicians to identify vehicle issues and present solutions.
• Introduce appropriate maintenance programs tailored to customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Represent Acura’s commitment to excellence with a polished and professional demeanor.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Strong active listening and communication skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanical and technical concepts.
• Computer proficiency.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A polished, professional appearance and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
