Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is looking for a Service Administrator to be the heart of our service department, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and confidence in their vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing guidance on services that enhance their vehicle’s performance and longevity.
Handle service inquiries, schedule appointments, and collaborate seamlessly with technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
Support customers with transportation needs, vehicle rentals, and other services to make their experience effortless.
Manage financial transactions with precision, from cash and credit cards to checks, creating a positive payment experience.
Resolve customer concerns with integrity and escalate when necessary to ensure quick and effective solutions.
Assist with warranty claims, work order delegation, and other administrative duties to keep the service department running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of administrative experience; automotive knowledge is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Professional appearance and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems independently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
