THE JOB:
As a Server, you will be the key to creating exceptional dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service and ensuring satisfaction throughout their meal. Your ability to anticipate needs, showcase menu knowledge, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will leave lasting impressions far beyond their visit.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
Take orders and deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
Maintain table cleanliness using a silent service approach.
Present and itemize bills correctly, secure payment efficiently.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of assigned areas, side stations, tables, and POS stations.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with urgency.
Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest needs or resolve issues.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years of age
Previous food and beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience (preferred)

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$9.90
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
