Servers at Manalo report to their department head as well as the food and beverage assistant manager. Manalo Lounge being the newest dining outlet on property stands as a fun and relaxed environment for our guests. We are looking for a server who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. Our servers are responsible for providing a quick and efficient drink service to an elevated dining experience with items served tableside.
Manalo Lounge – meaning ‘sweet water’ in Hawaiian, celebrates Hawaii’s diverse mix of cultures that have influenced the area’s cuisine. Inspired by Oahu’s natural resources - where the fresh water of the mountains harmoniously merges with the salt water of the ocean, thus creating a sweet water, the cuisine pays homage to the mix of cultures found here, as well as throughout Asia and across the greater Pacific. Akin to the saying, 'Ae Kai - to bring together the land and sea to serve as a gathering place, Manalo Lounge serves as a welcoming intersection to gather with family and friends for dinner, in a contemporary, yet casual setting at the water’s edge.
About Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina
On Oahu’s sunny western coast – wild, rugged and conveniently close to Honolulu and Waikiki Beach – Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina balances a classic Hawaiian style with one-of-a-kind luxury. Chic and light-filled with vast ocean views, our 370 accommodations provide a personal sanctuary in this all-encompassing Hawaiian luxury beach resort. Restaurants and bars are infused with the magnetic energy of Ko Olina. Guests have the opportunity to splash into lively pools and lagoons, with numerous water sports right off the Resort’s own beach. They are also able to play tennis and golf, then relax in the Spa – wrapped in the effortless elegance of Four Seasons.
What you will do:
The ability to offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to the Four Seasons service standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
To serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional way, making sure the guest is 100% satisfied.
Communicate with guests, anticipate guests needs, including the menu and all other requests of their tables.
Using menu knowledge and expertise recommend items to guest based upon their needs.
Communicate and work efficiently with staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
What you will bring:
Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar environment and have a solid knowledge of food and beverage, including local cuisine, and/or Asian cuisines.
Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Pay: $14.42 per hour
Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours. This is a temporary full-time assignment starting at 3 months with the possibility of extension based on the business need of the Resort. With the benefits of a regular full time Four Seasons employee.
