About the location:

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Excellence
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional manner.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages.
- Ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
- Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies accurately.
Service Delivery
- Take food and beverage orders clearly and accurately.
- Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards (sequence of service, plating, wine service, etc.).
- Maintain constant communication with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Check back with guests throughout the meal and ensure satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
- Set up dining areas, including table settings, glassware, cutlery, and décor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑presented service area.
- Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards).
Teamwork & Communication
- Work collaboratively with hosts, chefs, bartenders, and supervisors.
- Participate in daily briefings, trainings, and service updates.
- Support colleagues during busy periods to uphold five‑star service consistency.
Brand & Professionalism
- Uphold the hotel’s image through immaculate grooming and uniform standards.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude at all times.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing exceptional hospitality.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Prior experience in restaurant or hotel service (luxury or fine dining preferred).
- Formal hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wine, and service techniques.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and guest focus.
