The Assistant Server at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla plays a key role in creating memorable dining experiences through warm, attentive, and intuitive service. As an Assistant Server in our Lima limon Restaurant, you are an ambassador of the Four Seasons service culture, delivering personalized and seamless service while building genuine connections with guests. This position reports to F&B Manager
Deliver exceptional, personalized food and beverage service to guests in a luxury dining environment
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverage offerings, and daily specials
Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance their dining experience
Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas
Uphold Four Seasons service standards, health, and safety guidelines at all times
One to two years of experience in a Food & Beverage service role; luxury hotel or resort experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and other food & beverage technology
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
