The Opportunity: Transfer Pricing Associate
As a Transfer Pricing Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Detailed analyses of financial statements, industry overviews and comparable analyses of financial transactions and companies
Assist in data collection, analysis, and writing of background documents, including short memos and research papers
Data research using both publicly accessible and firm-specific databases
Follow risk management and compliance procedures
Keep up to date with developments in area of specialism
Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner
Share and collaborate effectively with others
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
Build and maintain an internal and external network
Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve:
Business Administration, Finance or Economics related degrees. A graduate degree is considered an asset.
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
Ability to manipulate public databases and PwC proprietary benchmarking tools, as well as robust skills using software applications including Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.
You should be conscientious, self-motivated, and be able to assume responsibility for various aspects of a project within a team framework
Ability to easily adapt and prioritize, demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communications skills
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
