About the Role
As SEO Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of search engine optimization efforts for key clients. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving sustainable traffic growth, and ensuring SEO performance aligns with overall client business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, creative, analytics, and technical teams to ensure SEO best-practices are embedded across all digital assets.
- Monitor website performance, track SEO KPIs, and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools.
- Execute link-building, outreach, and white-hat SEO tactics to improve domain authority and organic reach.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to align SEO efforts with marketing goals, content strategies, and UX.
Requirements
- 3–5 (or more) years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, other SEO software).
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable SEO recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Awareness of latest search engine updates, algorithm changes, and SEO industry trends.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Strategic thinker with ability to prioritise SEO opportunities based on impact.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
