In 2025, we’re on track to achieve over $50 million in revenue, growing at around 28% year‑on‑year. Our native iOS and Android apps are available in 12 languages, with more than 10 million users to date, and we ship to over 50 countries worldwide.

We launched our new website in 12 markets in April 2025 and our online magazine, Perspectives, in July of the same year. In 2026 we are planning to supercharge our growth across more markets, by scaling both our content strategy and digital PR.  We also see the recent advancements in AI as an opportunity to increase Popsa’s digital footprint across non-Google platforms. 

While we’re best known for photobooks today, our ambition goes far beyond print. Popsa is building a new generation of services that combine artificial intelligence and thoughtful design to help people meaningfully reflect on, organise, and bring their memories to life.

The mission for the role
As SEO Lead, your mission is to make organic search a durable, defensible, and future‑proof growth channel for Popsa.

This is not a traditional SEO role. You’ll be responsible for evolving our organic strategy beyond classic search into Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), ensuring Popsa is discoverable wherever and however people search, including AI‑powered experiences.

You’ll own technical SEO best practice, feed and Merchant Center performance, and digital PR, while partnering closely with Content, Brand, Product, and Engineering to shape bottom‑of‑funnel content for Perspectives, Popsa’s online magazine.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who blends strategic thinking with executional depth and is excited by the pace and ambiguity of a scaling consumer tech business.
