What You Will Do

As a Project Management Analyst, you will provide direct support to the Product Support Sentinel LCCS Program Management Office and in-direct support to the MRAD Sentinel Product Line Managers Program Office, Engineering and Supply Chain organizations.  Assesses Sentinel Lifecycle Contractor Support (LCCS) program issues and develop resolutions to meet production delivery schedules, quality and MRAD and external client’s goals and objectives.  The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is eager to learn, delivers high‑quality work, and reliably meets commitments. You will maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and leadership, while building a solid understanding of customer needs and program expectations across the Sentinel LCCS Program and related efforts. This role requires the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with the Sentinel Program Office  goals. This position will be ONSITE, in our Fullerton, CA office.

Specific tasks:

  • Support maintaining Repair Data (LCCS parts database) to include updating and closing out shipments

  • Create shipments to Raytheon facilities, vendors and Field Support Representatives (FSRs) in Program Reliability Information System for Management system (PRISM)

  • Create Requests for Material/Requests for Change (RFM/RFC) for new material buys and repairs

  • Monitor Due in For Maintenance (DIFM) requests – close-out DIFMs and create Work Orders, send outstanding DIFM list to FSRs

  • Update weekly Integrated Product Team charts

  • Help other Sentinel Program Managers with shipments and Requests for Material (RFMs)

  • Pull reports from PRISM for Test Site

  • Pull reports from Repair Data for Engineering

  • Create Requisition and Invoice/Shipping Documents (DD-1149) for parts that come into Fullerton with missing DD-1149s

  • Enter parts that are identified for export/import into the Jurisdiction and Classification Assessment tool

  • Create monthly Mission Incomplete, Awaiting Parts (MICAP) Report

  • Update and maintain Master Reconciliation Spreadsheet for semi-annual parts reconciliation requirement with PM STARE (external customer)

What You Will Learn

  • Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen

  • SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables

  • Proficiency with program and financial planning and execution, Estimate at Completions (EACs), EVMS, R&O Management, Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and key business metrics to include Bookings, Sales, Earnings & Cash

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • Project Management Experience

  • Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience within the Defense Industry supporting product lifecycle and sustainment support services

  • Raytheon Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification and Raytheon Program Management Level 6 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, identify trends, and make data-driven management decisions

  • Familiarity with management of Raytheon procurement processes

  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with RTX Global Mobility and international program processes

  • Working knowledge of Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) support environment

  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude with excellent business communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with radars (e.g., Sentinel, Patriot, KuRFS) and/or SMGBAD system (e.g. NASAMS)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time critical requirements

  • Able to navigate competing priorities and be flexible to constant change

  • Self-motivator who takes ownership and drives resolution of problems in a safe and practical manner

  • Visionary with ability to think broadly and conceptually

  • Existing US Secret security clearance

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
