Senior/Service Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission high-speed separators and associated systems at customer sites.
• Servicing & Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-speed rotating equipment, especially separators.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers. Create technical tickets with the factory for clarification via GEA CRM.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, service reports, and task updates.Support other engineering projects as required.

Key Knowledge & Skills:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Mechanical engineering fundamentals.
  • Basic electronics, ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and process automation.
  • Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-speed rotating equipment (especially separators).
• Industry Knowledge:
  • Experience with Palm Oil Refinery processes is a strong advantage.
• Safety:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial equipment servicing.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at customer facilities.
• Valid driving license.
