Get To Know Our Team:

Our Regional Management Office team partners closely with Commercial, Supply, Product, and Regional stakeholders to improve operational performance through data-driven decision making. We work in a fast-paced environment where we identify opportunities, simplify workflows, and drive adoption of regional initiatives to create measurable business impact.

The Opportunity:

As an Lead / Senior Lead of Operations Excellence Team, you will own key operational levers across pricing optimization, workflow streamlining, and regional project adoption. You will translate business needs into structured problem-solving approaches, design scalable operating processes, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

You are highly detail-oriented, analytical, and logical in your thinking. You can move comfortably between deep dives (root cause analysis, KPI tracking, process mapping) and influencing stakeholders (aligning priorities, driving execution, and ensuring adoption). You take end-to-end ownership, from identifying an opportunity to implementing solutions and sustaining results.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Drive pricing optimization initiatives to improve competitiveness and performance, including monitoring outputs, identifying gaps, and recommending actions based on data insights
  • Own workflow streamlining and optimization, including process mapping, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable improvements to reduce manual work and increase quality
  • Lead regional project adoption, ensuring new initiatives are rolled out effectively with clear execution plans, stakeholder alignment, and measurable success metrics
  • Define and manage KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking, turning data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Conduct structured analysis (e.g., funnel analysis, variance analysis, root cause investigations) to solve operational issues and prevent recurrence
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Regional teams, Product, Tech, Finance, Commercial, Supply) to align priorities and deliver outcomes
  • Create and continuously improve documentation, SOPs, playbooks, and governance to ensure operational consistency and scalability
  • Present updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership with clear narratives and data-backed conclusions
  • Coach and guide team members (for Lead/Senior Lead level), ensuring high execution standards, strong analytical rigor, and continuous improvement mindset

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years in operations, strategy, analytics, program/project management, or process improvement roles (scope/level may vary by Lead vs Senior Lead)
  • Strong data analytics capability with proven ability to translate data into decisions and operational actions
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills (ability to break down ambiguous problems and drive to solutions)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels
  • Experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and working with large datasets
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; proactive in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving implementation end-to-end
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • SQL proficiency (preferred) and/or experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience in e-commerce, travel tech, marketplaces, or fast-paced operations environments
  • Exposure to pricing, revenue management, process re-engineering, automation, or tool adoption programs
  • Experience leading small teams or project squads and driving cross-functional execution
