[What the role is]
Support the Student Life and Alumni Relations (SLAR) by coordinating programs, events, and engagement activities that enhance student life skills development and foster alumni connections. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making to ensure impactful outcomes.
[What you will be working on]
- Plan and execute engagement activities, workshops, and events that promote life skills development and strengthen alumni involvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including mentors, alumni, and industry partners, to deliver meaningful programs and opportunities.
- Manage procurement administration for both SLA and alumni-related initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track program performance, evaluate outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Gather feedback and analyze data to continuously improve engagement strategies and program effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth operations by handling logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination for events and activities.
- Adapt to dynamic work requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
[What we are looking for]
- A relevant qualification in Event Management, Education, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in event coordination, procurement administration, and program management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) for evaluation and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Creative and proactive approach to developing engagement strategies for students and alumni.
