To further support and drive this journey, we are transitioning to a horizontal delivery model, aligned to client outcomes. 

Our Business Services Value Stream is comprised of several individual Value Teams that collectively deliver the outcomes needed to our Business Services team. The individual Value Teams will be comprised of all the resources, skills and capabilities required to plan, code/configure, build, test, release, deploy, operate, and monitor our solutions. 

As a Consultant in the Value Team you will be a key contributor to Derivatives and General Service outcomes. 

We are seeking candidates who combine solid business experience with technical expertise

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR  

  • Full value chain delivery of Business Services 
  • Contributing into standardization of Business Services solution 
  • Drive transformation process and incorporate new ways of working 
  • Implementing Business Services projects 
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders along the value chain of Business Services, including Solution Architects 
  • Improving and automating all processes along the Business Services value chain (building, testing, deploying) 
  • Constantly learning and developing yourself and the team 

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Experience in developing the Communication Server
  • Direct involvement in the development of DEX/DFS
  • Experience with Auxiliary Jobs
  • Experience with data imports, data transformations and data exports   
  • Knowledge and experience in programming and testing, including technologies such as JSON, XML/XSLT, Data Segments, SQL
  • Experience in working with SQL and relational databases   
  • Business knowledge in Investment Operations areas, including derivatives, cash processing, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with industry-standard platforms (e.g., TriOptima, MarkitWire, Acadia, FXAll, Cassini, etc.)
  • Experience in project implementation
  • Commitment to standardization and best practices
  • A transformation-oriented mindset and readiness for planned organizational changes

Other requirements

  • APAC / EMEA shift hours (May change depending on business needs)
  • Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office)
