You will work with the 6th-largest privately owned organization in the United States. The сustomer is one of the "Big Four" accounting organizations and the largest professional services network in the world in terms of revenue and number of professionals. The company provides audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk, and financial advisory services to 263,900 professionals globally.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs
- Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems
- Write software functional specifications, including use cases, mockups, and diagrams
- Interact with the development team to discuss and clarify the requirements during the project implementation
- Pass specifications (User Stories) to developers, make sure they understand everything without missing details
- Act as the main source of information about the product at all stages
What You Bring
- 5 + years experience in business analysis
- Understanding of requirements, their different types, stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management), and full software development lifecycle
- Skills in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Skilled in prototyping user interfaces and algorithms of the system behavior
- Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and effective interaction approaches (prompting)
- Background in leading and developing top-performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Scrum knowledge
- Understanding the full software development lifecycle
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Experience in AzDo is a plus
