Job Summary**
Lead the Clinical Research Professional (CRP) team at Lilly Suzhou, overseeing clinical trial operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Strategic medical leader and delivering high-quality results across all planned medical activities.
Job Responsibilities**
* Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Research Professionals (CRPs), providing guidance and performance feedback.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials in accordance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local regulations.
* Ensure timely and high-quality data collection, documentation, and reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and data management, to achieve study objectives.
* Manage relationships with investigators, site staff, and external vendors.
* Identify and resolve operational issues and risks in clinical trial conduct.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical trial strategies and processes.
* Participate in regulatory inspections and audits as required
Job Qualifications**
* MD. PhD.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical research and industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and relevant local regulatory requirements (e.g., NMPA regulations in China).
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
* Experience with various therapeutic areas is a plus.
