Accountabilities
Automate, simplify any manual step & inputs
Data quality
Align process to global standards where possible
Manage job data change
Manage employee movements
Manage mass data changes
Manage organizational structures
Manage positions
Produce contracts
Manage new hire/rehire processing
Manage personal data change
Manage employee personnel file
Manage voluntary separation
Essential Skills/Experience
Minimum 3-5 experience in HR field
Able to communicate fluently in English & French
Experience with Workday
Keen attention to details and focus on data accuracy
Knowledge of Egypt labor law, mainly in the area of time & absence, disability at work, compensation elements.
Demonstratable ability to manage competing priorities efficiently
Excellent communicator, with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders to explain and execute HR policy.
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Proven ability to work with confidential data
Ability to think analytically and able to effectively problem solve using creative solutions
Flexibility and resourcefulness to change
Desirable Skills/Experience
Experience of working in HR Operations / HR Services
Experience with ServiceNow or other HCMS
HR qualification
