PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Shared Service Technology department is currently recruiting a Sr. Workday Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Workday Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day issue resolution and operational workflow. Ensuring HR data quality and integrity through internal audits and partnering with COEs across the organization.

We are looking for a problem solver who can drive clarity to resolve issues. You must be data-driven with a knack for using data to identify business opportunities, have a can-do attitude, are confident, and a skilled communicator who welcomes honest and candid feedback. You must be comfortable working as a team player.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors, troubleshoots, and resolves system issues, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders regarding Workday capabilities and best practices.
  • Resolves systems problems, identify, investigate alternative solutions, recommend enhancements/changes, and conduct necessary application testing.
  • Troubleshoots and resolve complex technical, configuration, and data issues; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
  • Maintains effective user relationships to provide a climate receptive to systems improvement and to enhance understanding of the users’ business concerns.
  • Utilizes business knowledge to identify areas of opportunity and submit proposals for analysis that lead to recommendations for systems improvements.
  • Plans basic approach and method of analysis to determine problems and establish course correction needed and timing for full resolution.
  • Provides mentorship to associate and systems analysts and promotes best practices in configuration, change management, and technical problem-solving.
  • Perform analysis on failures, propose design changes, and champions operational improvements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology...Etc.)
  • Four plus years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on HRIS configuration, administration and analysis to drive business strategy.
  • Workday experience is a must and UKG experience is a plus

Annual Compensation Range $85,862.40 - $137,384.00

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
