PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Shared Service Technology department is currently recruiting a Sr. Workday Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Workday Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day issue resolution and operational workflow. Ensuring HR data quality and integrity through internal audits and partnering with COEs across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be curious, creative, and a quick learner. Success in this role will require that you be highly adaptable and when faced with challenges you become more creative, not less. We are looking for a problem solver who can drive clarity to resolve issues. You must be data-driven with a knack for using data to identify business opportunities, have a can-do attitude, are confident, and a skilled communicator who welcomes honest and candid feedback. You must be comfortable working as a team player.
