About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant to join our People Technology, Data & Insights team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the delivery of the RBA’s People Strategy by designing and implementing high‑quality analytics solutions with a strong focus on self‑service, automation, and scalable reporting.

About the team

You will join a small, collaborative team committed to continuous improvement and innovation across all aspects of people data, reporting, and analytics. Reporting to the Manager, People Technology, Data & Insights, you will work closely with colleagues across the People Department to uplift the quality and depth of our reporting and analytics capability.

Your background

We’re seeking candidates with extensive expertise across all facets of Workday HCM which includes reporting with experience in creating and optimising reports, designing dashboards and the creation of complex calculated fields.

Further to this, you will display:

  • Proven experience partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and delivering fit‑for‑purpose solutions.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to evolving business needs.

  • Strong data governance capability and a solid understanding of broader Workday operational processes.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders

  • A track record of working iteratively and incorporating feedback to design user‑centric solutions.

  • A collaborative, creative approach that fosters trust, accountability, and innovation.

  • Experience with Power BI advantageous, including modelling and dashboard development.

  • A passion for keeping up to date with Workday releases, analytics trends, and emerging HR technologies.
