Social Finance, LLC seeks Senior Workday HCM Integration Engineer in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Provide expert-level support for Workday HCM and Integration functionalities, including core HR, compensation, benefits, talent management, safety incident, Expense, Time tracking & payroll. Create and optimize calculated fields and custom reports within Workday to support business requirements. Leverage expertise in EIB, XSLT v3, Core Connector, PECI, WECI, Workday Studio, APIs, Web Services, Workday Extend, Orchestrate for Integrations, PRISM, Report Designer and Rest URLs to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems which can be used in Integration with third party service vendors, support the entire integration deployment life-cycle and support the same. Stay updated on the latest Workday integration tools and technologies, providing recommendations for process improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with users and vendors to identify needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with external vendors, if necessary, to support integration projects. Work with business stakeholders to determine problem areas and overall impact of projects facilitating HR business decisions, must Serve as the subject matter expert on large collections of Workday integrations. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize user experience. Provide ongoing support for Workday integrations, addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related incidents in a timely manner. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) XSLT v3.0; (2) REST/SOAP; (3) API; (4) Workday Studio; (5) Javascript; (6) Workday PRISM; (7) Workday Report Writer and Designer; (8) Workday Extend; (9) Workday Core Connectors; and (10) PECI/WECI/EIB/Workday HCM Tenant/BP Configuration. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Salary: $213,512.00 - $234,863.00 per annum.
