We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Wholesale Operations Support Coordinator (Customer Service Wholesale) in our Venlo office.

Department overview:

The Wholesale Operations Support Department plays a key role in managing B2B customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence across the wholesale sales cycle. Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams (sales, logistics, planning) and wholesale clients, the team is responsible for processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing claims, and providing after-sales support. With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, the department ensures a seamless end-to-end service experience for fashion retail partners and distributors globally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enter, manage and release orders, reorders and swaps with the support of the Wholesale Operations Support Assistant;
  • Understand the logic of the seasonal inventory in order to be able to place the stock for reorders and swaps;
  • Send order confirmations to customers within the due schedule;
  • Monitor the order status for the customer in all the phases (from the order placement to the delivery);
  • Monitor accuracy of orders during the 4 selling campaigns.
  • Organize shipments in EEC territories;
  • Prepare weekly reports and regular reviews;
  • Prepare reports for the whole WOS team;
  • Develop and maintain good partnership with customer’s contacts;
  • Act promptly, independently and with a “think out of the box” mentality to tackle and solve issues;
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Agents, Accountancy and Logistics;
  • support Account Executives/Agents and Accountancy with regular data to keep control of customers;
  • Learn the divisional market activities and their impact on the WOS team;
  • Support on divisional market activities;
  • Understand the differences and similarities between the different regional markets and the different concepts (e.g. PO customers, bulks, EXW, EDI, etc.).
  • Be the point of reference for the team as a Subject Matter Expert to support in training and with technical questions

You’ll Need to Have:

  • College degree (minimal HBO or equivalent);
  • Previous Experience in B2B Wholesale Operations Support;
  • Computer literate with good skills with Excel and other IT systems;
  • Knowledge of the English and any additional main European language (German, French, Spanish and Italian) – a second additional language is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of Supply Chain, Sales and Finance of Fashion/Luxury organizations.
