Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Web Analyst with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics to lead our analytics practice and mentor junior analysts. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring scalable, agile reporting and actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business requirements into analytics solutions, choosing the best tools form the full toolkit.
  • Drive transformation of current systems into scalable, agile reporting frameworks, apply industry best practices.
  • Engage stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead and guide junior analysts, fostering best practices and continuous learning.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting.
  • Proficient in leveraging web analytics clickstream data and writing SQL queries for reporting and analysis, preferably using Databricks.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently with high-level direction.
  • Flexible to work during U.S. business hours.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with Google Analytics reporting and experimentation tools (e.g., A/B testing platforms).
  • Familiarity with multi-tool ecosystems for holistic business insights.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise environments, capable of navigating complex setups and delivering robust analytics solutions.
