Elevate your career at our dual-suite facility, where we bridge the gap between global commercial excellence and pioneering clinical research. We are seeking dedicated professionals to work in our small scale GMP warehouse to support the manufacturing of clinical and commercial drug substances.
The Opportunity:
Monitor and maintain inventory of material and gowning supplies in the manufacturing area ensuring a first expiry first out (FEFO) flow.
Perform daily GMP Warehouse Operations (receiving materials, inventory control, distributing materials, shipping, etc.)
Maintains inventory of cleaning tools/expiration dates (i.e. buckets, mop handles, etc.)
Maintain process waste materials and manage daily Manufacturing waste.
Receive/transfer materials and perform SAP transactions, as needed.
Assist with keeping processing rooms stocked with supplies required for production.
Submit in-process samples to Quality Control (QC) for testing, as needed.
Assist Warehouse personnel with clerical duties (e.g., filing, making copies, maintaining controlled documents, record requests, labeling materials, preparation under supervision of technical staff).
Support the daily manufacturing operations in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.
Perform and maintain all related data and records in compliance with cGMP and quality procedures.
Keep up to date on required controlled document training.
Perform work in a manner consistent with company safety policies and procedures.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years warehouse experience required.
Minimum of 3 years working in a GMP environment preferred
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is $72,900 to $135,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
