We’re looking for a talented individual to…

Join our team as a Senior Warehouse Technician. Warehouse staff ensure the effective delivery, storage, and tracking of inventory and equipment while adhering to program, safety, and operational guidelines. This role supports multiple programs and field operations and plays a key role in inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, fleet coordination, and health & safety. While primarily internal-facing, this role includes regular interaction with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

This role is on-site 5 days per week at our Logan Avenue location in Winnipeg.

You’re a great fit if you can…

• Own day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts, spot checks, transfers, and system reconciliation.

• Prepare inventory for commercial and residential programs, including kit creation and returns.

• Manage contractor pickups, returns, warranties, and recycling processes with proper documentation.

• Support inventory forecasting and participate in inventory planning meetings.

• Maintain warehouse organization, equipment, and safety standards.

• Serve as an active member of the Health & Safety Committee, completing checks and addressing issues.

• Act as the primary fleet support contact, including vehicle checks, maintenance scheduling, and technician vehicle inventory.

• Train and oversee temporary warehouse staff during peak periods.

• Complete local deliveries or pickups using a company vehicle as required.

• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse, inventory, and fleet processes.

• Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and perform hands-on physical work as needed.

Exciting candidates will have…

• 4+ years of hands-on warehouse experience.

• Forklift operation experience (license may be expired or site‑specific).

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse workflows, and safety practices.

• Comfortable using inventory systems and basic tools (email, Excel, etc).

• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, docks).

• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving a company vehicle locally.

• High school diploma required.

• Ability to work independently, catch errors early, and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.

Targeted Salary:

$26-$28/hour

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
