Your Role @ CHANEL:
CHANEL Canada is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our West Coast Visual Merchandising team in Vancouver. As a key member of the team, your primary focus will be supporting the Oakridge boutique, with additional contributions to the Vancouver and Calgary boutiques.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow team members to bring CHANEL’s brand vision to life through creative visual storytelling and impactful displays. Your mission is to ensure every boutique delivers an elevated and on-brand client experience, reflecting CHANEL’s values and distinct identity.
We are looking for someone with 6+ years of visual merchandising experience, strong mentoring skills, and a passion for Creativity, Fashion, Storytelling, and Coaching. Visual Merchandising at CHANEL is a strategic function—showcasing the vitality of our creations, supporting brand storytelling, and elevating the client journey to reinforce CHANEL as the Ultimate House of Luxury.
You will partner with the retail team to support their business goals while maintaining CHANEL’s points of difference centered on Creativity, Luxury, and Modernity. Your creative solutions and boutique-specific executions will help reinforce our philosophy of “One Boutique, One Story.”

Weekly touch bases with Head of VM
Protect brand performance and vitality by fostering and harnessing business relationships with Retail team
Train and develop the boutique teams as well as the Boutique Management on Visual Merchandising Guidelines
Reinforce key directions and priorities for Fashion division to ensure consistency on strategy implementation & seamless execution across boutiques
Ensure VM displays maintain the highest standards of presentation and to have brand cohesion across the boutiques
With strategic planning of VM, frequent rotations to enhance in-boutique and window display to build a strong brand image and retail presence
Orchestrate the overall VM strategies across the boutiques in line with the boutique OBOS
Adapt and implement VM strategy
Help manage VM props and tools inventory to maintain a healthy and efficient stock management with proper storage of props in boutiques
Ability to Travel across Canada, with more frequent travel to Calgary
Overnight work is required

Competitive salary: $72,000-$75,000CAD annually + bonus
