THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari + Salesloft, our Video Producer  will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be the operational heartbeat of our fast-growing and high-performing Creative & Content Team. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for video production on our team. Specifically, you’ll excel in: 

  • End-to-End Production Management: Lead the full lifecycle of video projects from initial ideation and pre-production through filming, editing, and final distribution.
  • Creative Strategy & Storytelling: Establish and maintain a strong creative point of view for our videos, defining the style, pacing, and tone of video narratives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content writers and the Creative team to translate complex technical concepts or business objectives into compelling visual storyboards, and collaborate with product marketing, product, and other stakeholders as appropriate to ensure accuracy, project alignment and execution.
  • On-Set Leadership: Direct on-set production by managing talent, coordinating film crews, and overseeing technical logistics for both in-studio and field locations.
  • Post-Production Oversight: Oversee or execute high-quality editing workflows, including motion graphics, color grading, and sound design, to ensure a polished final product.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies and vendors, including negotiating rates and authoring Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Platform Optimization: Tailor and optimize video assets for various digital platforms—from short-form social media to long-form educational content—to maximize engagement.
  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Facilitate the review process by vetting and prioritizing feedback from multiple stakeholders, resolving creative conflicts, and advocating for production quality.
  • Resource & Budget Tracking: Manage production funds efficiently, providing comprehensive overviews of project expenses and ensuring work is executed in a highly optimized manner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a visionary Video Producer to join our team and lead the charge in how we tell our story to the world. In this role, you won't just be "making videos"—you’ll be turning complex ideas into human-centric narratives that resonate across our site, social channels, and global campaigns.

You’ll act as both a hands-on creator and producer. Whether you are following a customer story in the field, directing a high-stakes product launch in a studio, or collaborating with content writers and cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine video deliverables, you bring a sharp "point of view" and an obsession with quality. We operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment where autonomy is expected and storytelling is our most powerful tool for growth.

THE TEAM:

Our  Clari + Salesloft Creative & Content team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming designers, writers, web designers, content marketers and comms professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

THE SKILL SET:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in video production roles within an agency, in-house creative team, or production house.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and a solid grasp of color grading and sound design.
  • Cinematography Expertise: Hands-on experience with professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, RED, or Blackmagic) and technical settings like RAW/Log and frame rates.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to "extract the human narrative" from technical meetings and translate it into a visual storyboard.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational habits with experience managing production budgets, SOWs, and licensing rights.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter mentality, comfortable with frequent travel and the ability to identify stories as they unfold in real-time.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Advanced Motion Graphics: Proficiency in After Effects or Cinema 4D.
  • Aerial Cinematography: Licensed drone pilot with experience in cinematic capture.
  • Global Production: Experience managing localization for international video markets.
  • AI Video Tools: Familiarity with emerging AI tools to streamline production and editing workflows.
