Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Organize and activate TV and CTV video campaigns, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Plan and execute TV and CTV media campaigns based on the strategy provided by the activation manager.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure results meet or exceed client expectations.
Team Collaboration:
Support team members in delivering high-quality outputs, providing feedback and performing quality control on deliverables.
Ensure the team understands client KPIs and has the tools and guidance to deliver against those targets.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in campaign delivery.
Client Success:
Provide accurate and timely reporting on TV and CTV campaigns, offering actionable insights.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing challenges proactively and managing expectations effectively.
Process Improvement:
Support the implementation of commercial agreements related to TV and CTV planning.
Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation to ensure the right expertise is applied at the right time for campaign success.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in TV and/or CTV media planning or activation
Excellent knowledge of Kubik, AQX, Arianna, and MCS
Strong understanding of TV and CTV media platforms, tools, and processes
Experience managing the full lifecycle of video campaigns across linear TV and CTV
Proficiency in analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
