Senior Vice President, Enterprise Lead - Health and Life Sciences

FleishmanHillard is seeking a Senior Vice President to serve as, Enterprise Lead with a large pharmaceutical client, with a primary focus on corporate affairs, reputation, and public affairs strategy across the enterprise.

This role will operate at the intersection of corporate reputation, policy, innovation, and societal impact, partnering closely with senior client leadership to shape how the client is positioned in an increasingly complex global environment.

The Senior Vice President will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding integrated strategies that connect enterprise narrative, policy engagement, stakeholder trust, and business priorities. This individual will also act as the central integrator across Omnicom Public Relations Group, ensuring alignment and excellence across teams, markets, and disciplines.

This is a leadership role for someone who brings enterprise perspective, strategic judgment, and executive presence, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable direction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior lead, with a focus on corporate reputation, public affairs, and enterprise positioning.
  • Partner with senior client leaders across communications, public affairs, policy, and business units to deliver integrated, forward-looking counsel.
  • Shape and guide strategies that connect corporate narrative, policy priorities, and stakeholder engagement in a cohesive and credible way.
  • Provide expert counsel on global policy, regulatory, and geopolitical dynamics, translating implications into strategic direction for the client.
  • Lead efforts to align policy engagement, advocacy, and communications strategies to support enterprise objectives.
  • Identify and proactively manage reputational risk and opportunity, ensuring the client is positioned effectively across key stakeholders.
  • Develop and guide enterprise reputation platforms that reflect the client’s role in innovation, access, and societal impact.
  • Support the client in shaping market-facing narratives that resonate with policymakers, media, advocacy groups, and broader stakeholders.
  • Lead integrated approaches to thought leadership, coalition engagement, and public positioning.
  • Serve as the central point of integration across FleishmanHillard and the broader Omnicom network, ensuring one cohesive, high-performing team.
  • Align capabilities across corporate affairs, public affairs, media, digital, and brand to deliver seamless, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Establish governance, clarity, and consistency across complex, multi-market workstreams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the relationship through strategic alignment with client priorities.
  • Support business development efforts tied to enterprise communications, public affairs, and reputation strategy.
  • Ensure the account remains a flagship example of integrated corporate affairs leadership across the firm.
  • Lead and mentor integrated, cross-functional teams with a focus on clarity, accountability, and performance.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality work that reflects both strategic rigor and operational discipline.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence across teams and partners.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in corporate affairs, public affairs, or strategic communications, ideally within the health and life sciences sector.
  • Demonstrated experience advising at the C-suite level, particularly on issues related to reputation, policy, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deep understanding of the global healthcare and policy landscape, with the ability to connect business priorities to external environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex client relationships across geographies and disciplines.
  • Experience integrating policy, communications, and reputation strategies into cohesive enterprise solutions.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence, align, and lead across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Health & Life Sciences familiarity required, with an emphasis on corporate, policy, and societal dimensions rather than product communications.

The anticipated U.S. salary range for the Senior Vice President level is $110,000-$225,000.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.
