Lead strategic initiatives to modernize the research lifecycle. Identify and pilot new methodologies (e.g., automated UX testing) in high-impact areas, creating the scalable playbooks and frameworks for enterprise-wide rollout.
Partner with embedded UX researchers to architect a longitudinal research strategy; establishing the standardized plans and protocols needed to turn recurring user feedback into a cohesive, long-term evidence base for product strategy.
Strategically oversee participant governance and panel health; analyzing database trends to identify knowledge gaps, reach underrepresented segments, and ensure all recruitment and data practices remain ethical, unbiased, and compliant with global privacy standards.
Evaluate and pilot AI-driven solutions to scale qualitative analysis and streamline operational workflows, ensuring all implementations are ethical, responsible, and enhance the depth of human insights.
Nurture strategic partnerships with Marketing, Sales, and Support to maintain sustainable access to diverse user groups and align disparate user data into a cohesive customer journey.
