We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team of five designers working across our Manufacturing (MFG) business area. Our AI-powered software helps manufacturing companies optimise their end-to-end supply chain to reduce waste and operate more efficiently. In practise, our solution creates optimised plans, to forecasting demand, order raw materials, and schedule the production of goods.

We collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to strive for excellent user experience that align with business-critical requirements. What we need you to do and be

• You will translate abstract concepts and opportunities into concrete, development-ready design requirements with clear priorities. 
• You will collaborate closely with product and tech counterparts to transform ideas and user insights into intuitive designs that consider platform and technical constraints and feasibility. 
• You will lead end-to-end research initiatives using various methods (e.g., observation, surveys, interviews, user testing) to understand manufacturing processes, user and business needs, and operational challenges.  
• You will facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and create visually compelling and clear presentations. 
• You will map user journeys and identify challenges and opportunities for existing products and propose new solution enhancements that drive measurable value. Understand the role of agentic AI and its collaboration with users. 
• You will design wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes for testing and feedback.
• You will influence product roadmap and strategy by turning complex manufacturing domain knowledge into actionable UX opportunities and improvements.

 

What you’ll bring to the table

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design with a strong focus on user experience, research, interaction design or digital service design. 
• Experience working with complex, data-heavy use cases, preferably in B2B solutions. 
• Strong expertise in thinking systemically and information hierarchy, with a good sense of UI design (though not focused on creating many new UI features). 
• Ability to balance strategic concepts to detailed wireframes, and hands-on execution. 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with different stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to listen, spar, and challenge existing assumptions and requirements based on data, user research, and user needs. 
• Proactivity and ability to self-manage and contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing knowledge and solving problems collaboratively 
• Fluent in written and spoken English
