Position Summary

As a Senior UX Copywriter at PF, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the language and communication experience of our B2B and B2C products. You will own the UX writing process from discovery to delivery, crafting clear, concise, and compelling copy that helps users achieve their goals while reinforcing PF’s brand voice. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that every word serves both user needs and business outcomes.

As a senior member of the content and design team, you’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and researchers, contribute to content strategy, and set the standard for high-quality UX copy across PF’s B2B and B2C product ecosystem. This role offers you the chance to be a key player in PF’s mission to change living for good in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Leadership: Own the end-to-end UX writing process for our suite of products, including research, content design, copywriting, testing, and delivery. Set the benchmark for content clarity and effectiveness across the team by creating messaging that aligns with both company and product strategies.

  • User-Centered Copy: Champion customer needs by creating intuitive, helpful, and inclusive microcopy that removes friction and empowers users. Translate complex workflows and product functionality into simple, human language.

  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure product copy aligns with business goals and brand voice. Lead cross-functional content workshops and reviews to build shared understanding.

  • Problem-Solving Through Language: Identify user pain points that can be solved through better communication. Use research, data, and testing to refine messaging that guides, reassures, and drives action.

  • Content Strategy: Contribute to the broader UX content strategy for PF’s B2B and B2C products, ensuring consistency of terminology across platforms. Align with other team members to deliver a unified content experience.

  • Design System Guidelines: Play a key role in defining and maintaining PF’s UX copywriting standards within the design system, ensuring consistent voice, tone, and terminology across all products.

  • Uphold Brand Tone of Voice: Create copy that aligns with the brand persona and solidifies the leadership position of PF in the marketplace.

  • Iteration & Testing: Lead content iterations based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback. Test copy variations to validate clarity, usability, and conversion impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product copywriting, with a proven track record of shaping language in complex digital products.

  • Expertise in UX Writing: Strong mastery of writing for interfaces, including microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, and calls-to-action. Skilled in structuring content to improve usability and accessibility.
  • Strong Portfolio: demonstrate your ability to carry forward a brand positioning across a variety of different touchpoints. Case studies will be expected.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see language as a design tool for solving business and user challenges. Experience contributing to product and content strategies that drive measurable impact.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain writing decisions clearly. Comfortable presenting and defending content strategy.

  • Execution & Autonomy: Results-oriented with the ability to independently lead projects from concept to launch, ensuring copy is delivered on time and meets a high standard of quality.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with words, tone, and grammar—balancing creativity with precision to deliver copy that feels natural, trustworthy, and brand-consistent.

  • Language Skills: Complete mastery of English is essential; proficiency in Arabic writing and speaking is a strong plus given PF’s regional presence.

  • Respect for Brand Guidelines: A proven ability to work within the brand persona through copy style, syntax choices and overall mood.
