Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to design and deliver exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in user-centered design, visual design principles, and proficiency in modern design tools, with Figma experience as a must-have.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory); experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design handoff discussions.
- Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven design decisions.
- Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design principles.
