Senior Training Support Specialist

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is looking for a Senior Training Support Specialist to join our team located in Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal GE&T training, content development (in collaboration with other Boeing partners), and plan training resources as needed

  • Manage standardization and compliance for GE&T trainees

  • Coordinate with Boeing stakeholders, i.e., Learning Design, Scheduling, Flight Training, internal GE&T

  • Stay abreast of industry and regulatory changes to ensure our training effort is industry-leading

  • Implement select training courseware systems and processes

  • Manage the development and revision control of our GE&T Training Manual

  • Maintain metrics for the success and quality of our training program

  • Develop and maintain an internal training database for internal non-regulatory GE&T training and tracking

  • Develop and maintain the media content of internal GE&T training

  • Communicate status on a regular basis

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

  • 3+ years of aviation training experience with designing, implementing and training others

  • Experience applying verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills?

  • 2+ years of experience in performing training-related activities, including training facilitation, preparing training and materials, conducting training classes, and assessing training and trainee’s effectiveness

  • Experience developing and deploying a training program for new hires and continued training opportunities for existing team members

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience with long distance learning to include software development /delivery system

Summary pay range: $141,950 - $192,050
